This information is intended for: Managers of 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), local emergency medical services agencies (LEMSAs), EMS Systems, law enforcement agencies and fire service agencies, as well as individual EMS providers (including emergency medical technicians, paramedics, and medical first responders).
