The speakers in this webinar discussed two projects being coordinated by the Disaster Information Management Research Center: 1) a resilient communications system that allows the hospitals' emergency managers to maintain the ability to email eachother when all traditional communications systems are unavailable, and 2) a learning system for the Hospital Incident Command System developed with gaming technology.
