Base Hospital Area Regional Medical Coordination Plan

This plan is intended to provide concepts, considerations and assumptions in a coordinated area or regional medical response to ensure the continuity of care from the event trigger to the opening of the county Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or serve as a method of resource management when an EOC is not opened. It defines triggers for activation of regional medical coordination, and includes checklists for affected facilities to assist them with managing their response and requesting assistance.
