The authors describe a medical education game that uses a traditional deck of cards and can help players drill the evacuation of an emergency department. The objectives of this game are to help players: differentiate emergency evacuation from other types, define the term “reverse triage,” prioritize patients for evacuation, and identify resources patients may need once evacuated.
