How to Request Technical Assistance
Resources for Hospitals During Civil Unrest
This ASPR TRACIE Technical Assistance response provides resources related to protecting community hospitals and providing care during civil unrest.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need assistance with an active disaster or emergency, please contact your local
jurisdictional Emergency Operations Center or the HHS Secretary's Operations Center. ASPR TRACIE is staffed during normal
business hours and is for routine requests for assistance only.
The ASPR TRACIE Assistance Center hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (Eastern), excluding federal holidays. All TA requests
are subject to approval and prioritization by ASPR.
