Operational Profile Template COOP Continuity of Operations

This document was developed by the Emergency Management team at Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) in collaboration with over 200 CHCO managers. It is meant to serve as a template for healthcare facilities as they request departmental information necessary to develop a Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan. It is CHCO’s version of a Business Impact Analysis. (The name was changed to be more reflective of the data being collected.)
