This document from 3/12/2020 outlines the standing orders that EMS directors may implement during crisis conditions to provide the best pre-hospital care and transport guidance to the most people. It outlines the following options for 22 different scenarios: transport by EMS, transport by law enforcement, referral to use alternate transportation to a medical facility, referral to a clinic or other medical facility, and provision of home care information.
