This document describes initiatives to address the disparate effects of COVID-19 on racial, ethnic, and underserved communities. Actions are focused on: improving understanding of COVID-19's impact on minorities, making testing and treatment more accessible and affordable, tailoring guidance for individuals and communities most at risk, expanding telehealth options to ensure access to needed care, and strengthening outreach and effective communication on COVID-19 to minority communities.
