Emergency Responder Self-Care Plan Behavioral Health PPE for UC Detailees

Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response. (2021). Emergency Responder Self-Care Plan: Behavioral Health PPE for UC Detailees. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Being resilient starts with a commitment to taking care of yourself. This can be increasingly difficult during a pandemic, where there are additional stressors related to home and personal circumstances as well as those brought on by challenging demands at unaccompanied children (UC) sites. This fillable form includes steps people can take to stay healthy and fit for duty while on UC assignments. It can be completed before each mission/event and kept handy to help apply coping strategies when things get tough.
