Innovations for Equity in Disaster Resilience

This resource briefly reviews the ideas applied “to increase equity by deploying culturally and linguistically appropriate messages, messengers, and mediums” through the “Listos California” program, began in 2019. This program used a grassroots field strategy in partnership with 300+ community-based organizations and volunteer and service teams to reach vulnerable populations and enhance community resilience.
