This report discusses a COVID-19 outbreak in three affiliated homeless shelters. The authors recommend that homeless shelters with confirmed cases of COVID-19 initiate immediate and repeated testing of all staff and residents to identify additional cases, enhanced surveillance, and isolation of confirmed cases.
