Iranian Threat Actors and Healthcare

These slides provide background on cyberattacks originating in Iran. The authors include information on two recent cooperation agreements, an overview of Iranian cyber threat actors, cyberattacks covered in the news, an attack analysis of a cyberattack on the government of Albania, tactics, techniques, and procedures common to these attacks, and their mitigation.
