National Strategy for Landslide Loss Reduction

Godt, J., Wood, N., Pennaz, A., et al. (2022). National Strategy for Landslide Loss Reduction.
Emergency managers can use this report to understand their risks for landslides (and how to gather related data); the cascading damage caused by landslides (e.g., transit and other infrastructure, water ways, floods); and how mitigation efforts are being carried out locally and nationally. It describes steps planners can take to assess information; coordinate mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery efforts; and plan for and respond to landslide hazards.
