Development of Key Indicators of Hospital Resilience A Modified Delphi Study

Zhong, S., Clark, M., Hou, X. et al. (2015). Development of Key Indicators of Hospital Resilience: A Modified Delphi Study. (Free registration required.) Journal of Health Services Research and Policy. 20(2):74-82.

They contend that the framework may be used for assessment purposes, as well as to inform priorities for emergency response.
