Medical Surge and the Role of Practice-Based Primary Care Providers

This document describes an effort by ASPR TRACIE and Yale New Haven Health System Center for Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response (YNHHS-CEPDR) to gain insight on the perceived preparedness and response levels of primary care providers across the U.S. Following a comprehensive environmental scan and detailed literature review, YNHHS-CEPDR conducted interviews with leaders of six primary care membership organizations.
