This guide provides an overview of the legal or policy issues that impact the development of a regional emergency pediatric disaster response model. It is broken into five sections: emergency declarations, powers, and compacts; licensing, credentialing, and privileging; telehealth and telemedicine applications; civil liability, immunity, and indemnification; and other legal issues.
