Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assess and Stakeholder Preparedness Review

This two-day course is offered in several locations across the U.S. and introduces participants to the Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR) process. Participants will understand how to use THIRA/SPR to identify threats and hazards in their communities and assess current capability levels.
