Surgical and Perioperative Unit Disaster

This template, based on a hospital stand-alone emergency plan for surgical services response to mass casualty and evacuation situations, may be helpful for hospitals to review and consider factors that may not be addressed in their current plans or the need for additional supporting materials or education. Users are encouraged to work with their trauma medical and nursing leaders to tailor the algorithms and materials to their hospital.
