ASPR TRACIE developed this resource for emergency managers, medical directors, and others in leadership positions within the hospital emergency management structure. In particular, the guidebook is for those who are new to their positions or have been recruited to serve on a multidisciplinary team charged with developing and maintaining an emergency management program. Links to tools, templates, and other resources for additional information are included in each chapter.
