Impact of the Most Promising Ebola Therapies on Survival A Secondary Analysis During the Tenth Outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo

The authors compared the contribution of four monoclonal antibody treatments and standard treatment without antivirals to the survival of Ebola virus disease patients. They found significantly reduced mortality rates in those receiving MAb114, REGN-EB3, and Remdesivir compared to those receiving standard treatment. They also found survival chances were improved by vaccination, prompt identification and treatment, and supportive care.
