Developing MRC Unit Leadership

This course is intended to aid MRC unit leaders, volunteers serving in a leadership role, and others who are engaged in the planning, development, and execution of an MRC unit. This course will guide MRC unit leadership through structural development, organization, and risk management implementation so that units are able to successfully fulfill their assigned missions.
