Developing MRC Unit Training Plans

This course can help unit leaders: assess unit response capabilities and training requirements to support the community served; build a unit training plan to support the MRC unit mission; find training resources to support an MRC training plan; identify different training formats available to meet goals; describe the importance of tracking volunteer training; and explain how to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
