MRC Volunteer Management

This course teaches unit leaders how to: tailor a volunteer management framework to an MRC unit’s mission; identify factors to consider in developing an MRC unit’s composition; apply recruitment, retention, and recognition strategies; develop a communication plan; and use CDC’s PHEP Capability 15: Volunteer Management when coordinating with local emergency and public health planners.
