MRC Unit Leader Responsibilities and Resources

Unit leaders will learn how to: describe MRC Factors for Success and how to use these factors to guide and gauge the development of an MRC unit; articulate the key responsibilities of unit leaders that were not covered in other courses in this series; and use the MRC Deployment Readiness Guide (DRG) to develop the capabilities of MRC volunteers.
