Mental Health and Substance Abuse Emergency Response Procedures

The regulations in this legal document apply to grants that permit public entities to respond to needs in local communities created by mental health or substance abuse emergencies, as authorized under section 501(m) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa(m)).
