his paper identifies the types of Veterans Affairs telehealth services used following Hurricane Sandy (2012) during the 7 months the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and examines the patient characteristics of those users. The most commonly used telehealth services included those for primary care, triage, mental health, home health, and ancillary services.
