Post-Disaster Puerto Rico Wraparound Services for Children and Youth Planning Reference

This toolkit provides guidance and recommendations to assist in the design, development, and implementation of a wraparound process for children and youth before, during and after disasters. This toolkit emphasizes mitigation of vulnerabilities through coordination between and across sectors, agencies, and regions to build capacity, integrate response and recovery, and empower communities.
