In response to the negative behavioral health effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on many health care workers, the authors created an expert panel to review relevant literature and determine systemic factors and interventions impacting worker mental health and burnout. Recommendations concerning sustaining the workforce (with an emphasis on preventive measures) are included in tables and figures.
