These emergencies also raise palpable fears among healthcare providers of legal liabilities, license infractions, personal injuries, loss of career or reputation, and associated delays in providing medical services. ASPR TRACIE identified the legal and regulatory issues included in this resource as particularly challenging for healthcare providers and facilities.
