This study tested healthcare workers' willingness to care for Ebola virus disease patients and employee' ethical beliefs about refusing to care for Ebola virus disease patients. Results showed that ethical beliefs influenced willingness to care, but were also balanced by concerns about the risks to personal and family safety.
