This toolkit was developed to assist with emergency preparedness planning for long-term care facilities and can be used by facility owners, administrators, and staff. It includes sample templates, forms, and other resources. (Note: Appendix L contains an “Exercise, Evaluation, and Improvement Planning Checklist and AAR/IP.)
